These projects underline CCE’s long-term commitment to sustainability and its focus on integrating future innovations such as battery storage solutions for enhanced grid stability.
ʹWe are very pleased that Cederik Engel will now also take over the management of CCE Deutschland,ʹ say Martin Dürnberger and Jörg Menyesch, Co-CEOs of CCE Holding. ʹWith his experience and deep commitment to sustainability, he will play a key role in further strengthening our presence in the German market and driving the expansion of our renewable and storage projects.ʹ
In his expanded role, Engel will oversee the development and realization of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a total capacity of up to 100 MW, as well as ground-mounted photovoltaic projects. ʹGermany is a key market for CCE’s continued growth in Europe,ʹ says Cederik Engel. ʹI’m excited to lead our efforts in developing innovative renewable and storage projects that contribute to a sustainable and resilient energy future.ʹ
