GRESB is an internationally recognized ESG benchmark that infrastructure investors use to assess sustainability management and performance. The results of the GRESB Infrastructure Benchmark 2026 are now available:
CCE Holding participated in the Infrastructure Fund Management Assessment and achieved a management score of 29.6 out of 30 points; the GRESB average was 28.5, and the peer group average was 29.2. This marks five years of structured ESG work for CCE, which began in 2022 with the introduction of the first sustainability frameworks.
In the overall ranking of the Management Score, CCE ranked 20th out of 110 participants and 5th out of 28 participants in the Renewable Power sector. In four of the five assessed management areas (Leadership, Policies, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Engagement), 100% was achieved.
The Montalto di Castro project was withdrawn from the Infrastructure Development Asset Assessment due to the ongoing sales process. Therefore, CCE did not submit an asset for evaluation in 2026, resulting in the GRESB overall score and performance score for this year being listed as N/A. For the 2027 assessment, CCE plans to return to the Infrastructure Asset Assessment with the asset St. Lucia in Italy, enabling ESG management at the fund level and sustainability performance at the asset level to be evaluated together again.
The results provide an external assessment of CCE's ESG governance and management practices. They support our investor reporting as well as our growth financing and show the extent to which ESG criteria are integrated into investment decisions, operational processes, and risk management.
Continuous Improvement: The GRESB results of the CCE Holding over time.
