Hub service CEN_CCE

Jesi / Montalto di Castro, 18th March 2026. CEN, based in Montalto di Castro (Lazio), which provides services for the authorisation, construction and maintenance of photovoltaic plants, and CCE Italia, based in Jesi (Marche), which develops and realises photovoltaic, agrivoltaic and BESS solutions and is part of the international CCE Holding group, have consolidated their long-standing business relationship by signing a long-term framework agreement. The agreement confirms CEN as CCE Italia’s privileged supplier for all the company’s development and construction activities in Italy.

As well as providing CCE Italia with an even stronger operational arm for its projects, the agreement enables CEN to join forces with a partner with strong financial and managerial capacity, thanks to which it will be able to broaden and strengthen its services to take on even more valuable contracts.

“This agreement, which formalises a longstanding collaboration, not only enables us to accelerate the entire CCE Group’s progress towards becoming an IPP, but also marks the first step towards building an ever-closer partnership, thanks to which CEN and CCE Italia will, in the near future, be able to jointly provide EPC management and TCM services to high-profile investors,” says Sandro Esposito, Managing Director of CCE Italia and CBO of CCE Holding.

“With this partnership, our company is really speeding up its growth,” says Claudio Cocozza, CEO of CEN. “This is a crucial step, not only for us but also for our local area: we have always been convinced that the true energy transition is one that generates wealth, opportunities and skills within the local area and for the local area, and deepening our partnership with CCE Italia is a unique opportunity to establish a comprehensive hub of expertise and services in the Montalto di Castro area.”
