Our commitment to equal opportunities

With the Equal Chances Programme, CCE Holding has been actively promoting female career opportunities and women's solidarity within the company since 2024. The goal is to encourage female employees at different locations and at different experience levels to actively shape their career paths. This means finding solutions together so that the female employees of CCE-Holding can unleash their full potential.

A key factor for the success of this self-designed development program is that the (male) corporate leadership appreciates and supports the initiative. Development programs and further training must bring about a long-term change. Therefore, a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of each individual session take place. With the Equal Chances Programme we not only ensure greater visibility, appreciation, and solidarity for women within CCE-Holding, but also put our company slogan into action:

Female Power Stories

Between meetings, kindergarten, and care work, I have learned how important clear boundaries are. I consciously switch off after work - for my family, but also for myself. The balance between work and personal life is not automatic, but a conscious decision. Care work is not only a duty but a valuable part of my everyday life. It requires planning, organization, clear communication, and a support network that strengthens one's back. What helps me? Time for myself, exchange with other women, and the courage to accept help. CCE supports me through flexible flextime models that allow me to structure my day as needed. Family and Career
I learned early on that responsibility is not tied to titles, but to attitude. At CCE, I have the opportunity to shape projects that create meaning, such as the construction of a solar park on a former landfill site, where innovation and sustainability come together. It's not just about technology, but about reimagining places and enabling a responsible future. In my role, I combine strategic thinking with practical implementation - often behind the scenes, but with impact. As a woman in a technical environment, I have learned to trust my perspective. CCE gives me the space to contribute, with trust, appreciation, and the awareness that even quiet voices can make a big difference.
Key position at CCE
As a child, I used to build PCs together with my dad. We built our first computer water cooling system using a simple aquarium pump. These experiences have significantly shaped my enthusiasm for technology. Even though some believed that women had no place in this field, I was certain: This is my path. At CCE, I have found a place where I can contribute, in a team that values ideas regardless of gender. My daily drive is to support people, find solutions, and enable tangible changes.
